1. Services Offered
We offer digital services including but not limited to:
Branding & Design
Social Media Marketing
Paid Ads (Google / Meta)
WhatsApp Business API Services
Website & Landing Page Development
Content & Video Production
SEO & Lead Generation Campaigns
CRM & Automation Setup
Service scope will be defined in proposals/agreements shared with clients.
2. Payments & Billing
All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Service prices are exclusive of taxes unless specified.
Delayed payments may lead to service suspension.
Setup charges & subscription fees are non-refundable.
Annual contracts must be paid upfront unless EMI terms are agreed.
✅ For WhatsApp API Subscription: SMS/Meta/Platform charges are billed separately as per usage.
✅ For Ad Management services: Ad spend is billed directly to client’s ad account.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, we do not provide refunds on:
Subscription plans
Setup/onboarding charges
Digital services already executed or in progress
Refunds are only possible if explicitly stated in writing prior to project start.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
Provide timely content, brand assets, & approvals
Ensure legal compliance of products/services promoted
Grant necessary access to accounts (GMB, Meta BM, Google Ads etc.)
Maintain valid payment methods
We are not responsible for campaign delays caused by client inaction.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs & deliverables remain our property until full payment is made.
After payment, final approved creative rights are granted to the client.
We may showcase work in our portfolio unless NDA is signed.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of project-related information.
7. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
We use external platforms (Meta, Google, WhatsApp API, CRM, Hosting, etc.).
We are not liable for:
Platform downtime or technical issues
Policy updates or ad account suspensions
Message delivery issues beyond our control
Clients must comply with platform policies.
8. WhatsApp Business API Terms
Phone number verification is client’s responsibility
Green Tick Application approval is not guaranteed
Chat & messaging rates are charged as per WhatsApp commerce policies
Any misuse (spam/illegal messaging) will result in account termination
9. Project Timelines
Timelines depend on project size & client communication.
Delays from the client will extend delivery timelines.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
Business losses
Ad rejections, account bans, lead quality issues
Website hosting/server issues on third-party providers
Our liability will never exceed the total project fee paid.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with a 30-day written notice.
All dues must be cleared before termination.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India / Odisha jurisdiction.
